Last year, pre-pandemic I'd set a goal to wear lipstick more often. More specifically, wearing colors that were bolder than usual. However, with masks still being a trending accessory that goal subsided just a bit leading me to revert back to more of a natural look adding tones that compliment my natural lip color.
Finding the perfect shade can be daunting at times, that's why I opt to head over to my local Target where there are several perfectly priced options that allow me to play with colors without breaking the bank.
Now don't get me wrong, while I do love a lot of the high-end brands on the market when trying out a new shade I tend to look for low-cost options.
NYX is one of my favorite low-end beauty brands that offer a wide range of shades that compliments all skin tones. They have several types of lipsticks from their buttery gloss formulas to those that gives a matte look.
